张铁华,1970.10出生,男,教授,工学博士,博士生导师。吉林大学食品科学与工程学院院长。研究方向:(1)活性蛋白、功能肽的分离制备及活性研究;(2)功能性乳制品研究与开发;(3)食品生物技术。先后主持和承担国家、吉林省科技厅等各类课题20多项。发表论文60余篇,其中SCI\EI收录30多篇,获得国家发明专利12项,获奖6项,参与编写高校教材等10余部。
