学院简介

食品科学与工程学院是在2015年学校学科专业布局优化调整过程中组建而成。现有教师60余人,高级职称教师约占60%,拥国家“千人计划”特聘专家1名,国家食品科学教学指导委员会委员兼秘书长1名,博士生导师9名,教师中 90% 以上具有博士学历。

目前,学院累计承担国家级、省部级、校企合作科研课题210多项,获国家、军队各类奖90余项,申请国家发明专利200余项(授权专利60余项,专利转化6项,发表学术论文500余篇(其中SCI收录论文150余篇, EI收录论文100多篇),出版学术编著30余部。特别是经过近年来国家“211工程”和“985工程”建设,食品学科的总体水平显著提高。

学院现拥有食品科学与工程一级博士学位授权点和食品科学与工程一级学科硕士学位授权点,同时拥有工程硕士(食品科学与工程)专业硕士学位授权,开设食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全2个本科专业,本科、硕士、博士在校学生900余人。

经过30多年的发展,学院现有“千人计划”特聘教授实验室,功能食品工程研究中心,功能食品研究室,食品安全检测中心,以及食品基础、食 E 品工艺等多个专业实验室和中试车间。2004年国家一级学科水平评估我校食品科学与工程专业位列本专业第10名。2006年食品科学学科被评为吉林省高等学校“十一五”重点学科,2007年食品科学与工程实验教学中心被评选为吉林省食品科学与工程重点建设实验教学示范中心。2008年吉林省功能食品工程研究中心被批准。2009年食品科学与工程专业作为吉林大学第一个参加工程教育认证的专业,顺利通过教育部工程教育类专业认证,是全国16个工程教育专业认证试点之一,标志着食品科学与工程专业人才培养进一步与国际工程教育标准接轨。《食品营养学》评为国家级精品课程,《功能食品学》入选国家“十二五”规划教材。



    College  of Food Science and Engineering (CFSE) was established in 2015 through  the optimization and adjustment of the discipline layout of Jilin  University. The faculty and staff include over 60 people, of which 60%  are academic researchers that have high-grade professional titles. CFSE  has 1 ' Thousand Talents Plan ' expert, 1 Provincial Distinguished Teacher1  Deputy Director Member of the Teaching Committee on Food Science and  Engineering under the Ministry of Education and 9 Doctoral  Advisors. Besides, more than 90% of the faculties have Ph.D.s. Up to  now, the total number of the undergraduates and graduates in CFSE has  reached 900.

CFSE has the  doctor degree and the master's degree authorization first-level program  on Food Science and Engineering, the master's degree authorization in  engineering first-level program on Food Engineering and two  undergraduate programs- Food Science and Engineering and Food Quality  and Safety. Food Science and Engineering has been certified as the first  major in Jilin University through the Professional Certification of  Engineering Education under the Ministry of Education. It has become one  of the 16 national majors certified.

CurrentlyCFSE has the ' Thousand Talents Plan ' Distinguished  Professor Lab, Jilin Nutritional and Functional Food Key Lab, Jilin  Functional Food Engineering Research Center, Jilin Food Science and  Engineering Pilot Teaching Center and several other labs and medium  sized experimental workshops that are involved in Food Science Basics,  Food Safety, Food Engineering and Food Technology. CFSE has undertaken  210 scientific research projects at the national, provincial and  University-Enterprise cooperation level. CFSE has been rewarded with 90  prizes at the national and provincial level. CFSE has applied for 200  National invention patents, of which 60 patents have been granted and 6  have been transformed into application. CFSE has published over 500  research papersincluding  150 SCI indexed papers and 110 EI indexed papers. CFSE has published  more than 30 academic books, of which 2 have been selected as National '12.5' textbooks. In addition, Food Nutritionhas been selected as the National Excellent Course.
