王虹苏,女,197810月出生,博士,教授,硕士生导师,主要从事食品中酶的提取、固载化及应用方面的研究;生物传感器的制备及对食品中有害物质的检测;食品的抑菌保鲜。先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划863项目、吉林省科技厅重点研发项目、教育部博士点基金、中国博士后面上及特别资助等项目。在本科生培养方面取得一定成果,指导学生获全国大学生挑战杯课外学术作品大赛特等奖,全国首批大学生小平科技创新团队等荣誉。以第一责任人身份发表SCI文章二十余篇。
