郭娜:女,19803月生,博士。吉林大学食品科学与工程学院食品质量与安全系教授,博士生导师。2013年度教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划吉林大学优秀青年基金后备人才培育计划暨吉林省高校优秀青年科研人才春苗培育计划获得者。几年来主若干项国家自然科学项目。研究成果获20122013年吉林省自然科学学术成果一等奖,20132017年吉林省科学技术奖二等奖、三等奖。申请者近年来致力于抗食源性微生物及毒力蛋白的天然化合物筛选及作用机制等方面的研究工作,  始终坚持在国内教学科研第一线。发表SCI检索论文30篇。
