Zhang Jie

Dr. Jie Zhang obtained his PhD degree in College of Food Science and Engineering, Jilin University in 2016. He joined Jilin University as an Associate Professor in 2020. Dr. Zhang mainly focuses on rapid determination and risk assessment of hazardous substances in food, as well as function of natural products based on nuclear receptors. He has been the recipient of 9 research grants and the referee for 18 peer-reviewed academic journals. He is the first or correspondent author of 34 papers published in international scientific journals. He currently serves as the young editorial board member for journal of eFood. He was awarded the Postdoctoral Excellence Award of Jilin University in 2019 and the Second Prize of Science and Technology Award of Jilin Province (2/8) in 2020.
