Shi Xiaolei

Associate professor of College of Food Science and Engineering, Jilin University. She has been engaged in the research on food safety and food allergy. At present, the main research interests mainly focus on anti-allergic effects of compound from natural products. She has presided over or participated in projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China under grant (No. 31201295) and the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, etc. Much more, she has been granted by The Excellent Young Teachers Training Plan of Jilin University. Up to now, more than 10 peer-reviewed research papers have been published, and two patents have been granted.
