Chang Yanjiao

Yanjiao Chang, born in February 1990, is currently a lecturer. Her research interests include the application of starch and compound products in special medicine food and medicine, food 3D printing, etc. Up to now, more than 16 peer-reviewed research papers have been published. As the first author/corresponding author, 7 scientific research papers have been published including Carbohydrate Polymers, Food Chemistry and so on. In addition, 2 national invention patents have been applied.
