李慧,19821月,女,理学博士,吉林大学“唐敖庆学者”英才教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向为食品生物大分子的功能改性与固定化食品酶。在J. Agric. Food Chem., Food Chem., Food Hydrocoll., J. Colloid Interface Sci., Trends Food Sci. Technol., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces等国内外学术权威期刊上共发表SCI研究论文38篇;申请中国发明专利1项;参与撰写学术著作1章;作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学青年基金项目及美国北达科他州玉米应用委员会资助项目各1项。多次参加ACSAOCSIFT等国际重要学术会议,并做大会报告。兼职Frontiers in Nutrition期刊审稿编委。受邀担任Food Chem., Food, iScience, Applied Sci., Molecules, Toxics等多个期刊的审稿人。
