仲维刚,男,讲师,工学博士。近年来致力于食源性纳米递送体系开发与肠道免疫调控的相关研究。基于该研究方向自2021年以来以第一(共一)作者身份在Food Chemistry、Journal of Dairy Science, Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis等权威期刊发表SCI论文8篇,其中ESI高被引论文2篇,获得国内外同行的积极评价。博士在读期间获批中国科技协会青年人才托举工程博士生专项,参与完成多项国家自然科学基金项目。
