梁媛,19953月生,女,副教授,博士。研究方向为食品营养及毒理,主要包括:(1)食品污染物的内分泌干扰效应研究;(2)天然产物的生物活性与作用机制研究。近五年,以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文十余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、中国博士后科学基金面上资助1项、吉林省科技厅项目2项、吉林大学博士研究生交叉学科科研资助计划1项。
