闫晓侠,1986.05,女,讲师,工学博士,吉林省E类人才。研究方向是杂粮杂豆淀粉、壳聚糖等天然高分子改性及应用,主要包括:(1)开发抗性淀粉和改性淀粉,探究淀粉的营养消化及与组分之间的互作关系;(2)天然高分子基保鲜材料及表面的制备。主持吉林省科技厅青年成长科技项目1项,吉林省教育厅项目1;以第一或通讯作者在Food ChemistryCarbohydrate PolymersInternational Journal of Biological Macromolecules等杂志发表SCI论文13篇,其中,中科院一区论文9篇。电子邮箱:xxyan@jlu.edu.cn
